The restaurant Ö in Tallinn is an upcoming enterprise delighting customers with its modern Estonian cuisine. Head chef Roman Zastserinski´s culinary experiments with seasonal and regional ingredients have clearly paid off. The restaurant and the chef greatly are very proud of the numerous first places awarded by the "Gatronomy Awards Society of Estonia".
